For service providers

Be found at the airports you serve.

Handling agents, supervisors, trip support companies, caterers and everyone else who looks after aircraft but is not the airport’s FBO. Crew and operators look up the airport before they fly — put your business on that page. Listing is free.

Apply

One form. Tell us about the business, choose the category that fits and tick the services you offer, then list the airports you serve.

  1. Your business. Its name, country and website, a logo if you have one, and a few lines about what you do.
  2. What you do. Choose a category — handling agent, supervision, trip support, catering, ground transport and more — and tick your services from its list. Offer something that is not there? Tell us in the box provided.
  3. Where you do it. The airports you serve, by ICAO or IATA code. As many as you cover.
  4. How to reach you. A contact, an email address for enquiries, and a password for your login. Some categories ask for a document such as an insurance certificate; documents are seen only by the WhatFBO team and never published.

Apply to be listed

We email you a link to confirm your address. Your application reaches our team once you have opened it.

We review it

A person on the WhatFBO team reads every application before anything is published.

Checked, not automatic

We look at the business, the services and the airports you have given us, and confirm them before your listing goes live.

A question, if we have one

If we need to know more, we email you. Sign in to answer and add any document we asked for, and your application comes straight back to us.

You hear the outcome

Approved or not, we email you. If we cannot approve it we say why, and you are welcome to apply again when something changes.

You are listed

Your business appears where crew and operators are already looking: on the page of every airport you serve.

On each airport’s page

Under “Other service providers”, grouped by what you do and listed alphabetically within it. Providers are shown on their own, never mixed in with the airport’s FBOs, and no one can pay to be placed higher.

A page of your own

Your logo, what you do, every airport you serve and the services you offer, with buttons to call you, email you or visit your website.

Your services, in the same terms

You tick services from the same list crew use to ask for quotes, so what you offer reads the same way as everyone else at the airport.

One listing, every airport

Serve two airports or two hundred: one listing covers them all, and each airport’s page links to it.

Yours to manage

Sign in to update your details, logo and services, and invite colleagues so the listing does not depend on one person.

Free

There is nothing to pay to apply or to be listed.

Quote requests

When crew ask for a quote at an airport you serve, and they want something you offer, they can ask you too — for your part of the trip.

  1. The request names your services. A pilot asking for handling, parking and catering at Luton can ask the caterers there as well as the FBOs. A caterer is asked for the catering and nothing else, and the pilot sees that before sending.
  2. You see only your part. The aircraft, the dates and the services you were asked for, by email and in your WhatFBO sign-in. The rest of the trip is not yours to price, so it is not shown.
  3. You price it in line items. Each service, plus any charges of your own such as delivery, with tax worked out for you and a date the price is held until.
  4. It is shown for what it is. The pilot sees your quote on its own, marked with what it covers — never lined up against an FBO’s price for the whole visit.
  5. The pilot can accept it on its own. Before or after choosing their FBO. If they choose someone else for the same service, you are told only that the work went elsewhere.

You never see anyone else’s price, and no one sees yours. A quote is between you and the crew who asked.

What it costs: nothing. Applying and being listed are free, and position among providers is alphabetical, not for sale.

Running the airport’s FBO? Your listing probably exists already — claim it instead.
